📋 Description

• Lead the creation, development and implementation of the Allergan Medical Institute (AMI) medical
• Design learning journeys and an academic curriculum aligned with scientific, commercial and Medical
• Advance healthcare professionals' clinical knowledge and skills through balanced scientific
• Build and strengthen the Faculty and KOL community to deliver high-quality, compliant education.
• Develop the medical education strategy and tactical plan in line with global, regional and local
• Design differentiated learning journeys for students, beginner, intermediate, advanced and Faculty

🎯 Requirements

• Professional degree in a health science discipline, such as Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing or Biology.
• Medical degree desirable.
• Postgraduate specialisation or master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, medical aesthetics or
• Experience in medical education programmes, training, Faculty development, Medical Affairs or a
• Experience in strategic project management and budget management preferred.
