📋 Description

  • Drive Vonage's Salesforce referral business for the region.
  • Develop and nurture Salesforce ecosystem partnerships.
  • Align Vonage sales with Salesforce for pipeline and opportunities.
  • Position Vonage as the top Salesforce partner; coordinate exec alignment and teams.
  • Own field events with Salesforce and SI partners.
  • Nurture cross-functional relationships with Vonage and partner teams.
  • Establish regular interlocks on alliance strategy, milestones and results.
  • Drive Vonage's Salesforce and other partner GTM strategies in the region.
  • Develop and deliver training on Salesforce and its ecosystem.
  • Promote the Vonage brand and partnership value at events.
  • Manage business and technical escalations and maintain momentum.
  • Execute against established relationship, sales and revenue goals.
  • Recommend and support improvements to alliance management processes.

  • Excellent communication skills, including writing, speaking and listening.
  • Ability to tailor communication approach to specific audiences.
  • Apply analytical skills to evaluate complex sales and process situations.
  • Ability to form relationships and communicate with executive-level decision makers.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or related discipline.
  • Strong prior experience in Alliance Partner Management or related role.
  • Experience in finding, recruiting and onboarding new partners.
  • Experience working in the Salesforce ecosystem.
