Alliances Team Lead

📋 Description

• Own Anthropic alliance end-to-end: activation, scope, funding.
• Manage AWS alliance day-to-day: competency, renewals, Premier Tier.
• Grow Claude Partner Network; advocate for Provectus.
• Build and expand co-sell motions with AWS and others.
• Lead alliances team; align with Eng, SO, Marketing to drive pipeline.
• Create repeatable partner programs and playbooks.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years in tech alliances or channel roles; hyperscaler experience.
• Hands-on with partner programs: funding, co-sell, and partner portals.
• Track record building alliance programs from scratch.
• Experience leading and developing a team; set direction.
• Strong written and verbal comms; translate programs into playbooks.
• Familiarity with the AI/ML ecosystem and enterprise AI adoption.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.
