📋 Description

• Own initial and ongoing store allocations, ensuring optimal distribution of inventory across all
• Execute allocation strategies that support seasonal launches, new product introductions, and
• Balance inventory across stores, distribution centers (CA & US), and channels including
• Monitor sales performance, sell-through, and inventory levels to make timely reallocation and
• Partner with Merchandising, Planning, and Replenishment to align allocations with assortment and
• Identify and act on opportunities to improve in-stock performance, reduce excess inventory, and

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in retail allocation, merchandising, planning, or inventory management
• Strong understanding of retail math and key metrics (sell-through, in-stock, WOS, inventory turn
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with allocation or inventory systems is an asset
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into action
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
