📋 Description

• Advise and coach alumni across college, CTE, military, and workforce pathways.
• Monitor academic progress, enrollment, financial aid, and other persistence indicators.
• Support seniors and recent graduates through matriculation and summer transition.
• Maintain accurate alumni records, outreach notes, and outcome data.
• Connect alumni to scholarships, campus resources, internships, and employment.
• Build relationships with postsecondary institutions and community partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years experience working with students or young adults.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and organization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, student needs, and deadlines.
• Ability to use data to identify needs and monitor progress.
• Willingness to participate in occasional evening/weekend programming.
