📋 Description

• Amazon Catalog & Listing Maintenance: Maintain & QA listings for accuracy.
• Listing Troubleshooting & Case Management: Identify & resolve listing issues; manage Amazon support cases.
• Content & Asset Updates: Upload product images and updated content via Seller Central.
• Account Health & Program Monitoring: Monitor health, inventory, Subscribe & Save, and programs.
• Operational Task Execution: Handle day-to-day operations and one-off updates.
• Process & Task Management: Track tasks using Google Workspace, Asana, and internal docs.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years in Amazon Seller Central ops, catalog management, or support.
• Strong listing QA, backend updates, variation fixes, and catalog troubleshooting.
• Experience managing Amazon support cases and following issues through to resolution.
• Understanding of account health, suppressed listings, buy box concerns, and inventory monitoring.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and update tickets in Asana (or similar).
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business, marketing, supply chain, or related field.
