Own full P&L for a portion of the company's Amazon brand portfolio
Lead a team of Amazon operators handling day-to-day execution
Manage advertising strategy, including PPC: ACOS vs. TACoS tradeoffs, placement decisions
Handle catalog and inventory, including replenishment planning and storage cost control
Coordinate cross-functionally with supply chain and advertising counterparts
Build plans and performance reporting for leadership

🎯 Requirements

Owned P&L of at least one Amazon private-label brand at $5M+ a year on the US marketplace
Deep Seller Central fluency: Business Reports, Search Query Performance, Advertising Console, Brand
Financial literacy: derive break-even ACOS from gross margin, read contribution line net of storage
Led a team, not just executed against another's plan
Fluent written and spoken English
At least four hours of daily overlap with US Eastern Time
