Amazon Connect Automation Consultant, Quality Assurance

📋 Description

• Lead QA across Amazon Connect implementations; automated IVR validation and load testing.
• Design and execute test plans for Amazon Connect flows (DTMF/ASR) and WebRTC validation.
• Validate omni-channel routing (voice, chat, SMS, email) and CCP/agent states.
• Test VUI and conversational flows for text-based bots (Web, Messenger, WhatsApp).
• Validate AI/NLU systems (Agentforce, Lex, DialogFlow, Bedrock) across channels.
• Validate API integrations with Postman across Connect, Salesforce, and WFM.

🎯 Requirements

• Load and performance testing with JMeter/LoadRunner/NeoLoad.
• Automation frameworks and CI/CD: Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CodeDeploy.
• Experience with IVR automation tools: Bespoken, Operata, Cyara, Hammer.
• AWS skills: Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, IAM; API testing.
• API testing and protocols: WebRTC, SIP; Postman.
• SIT/UAT coordination, defect management; JIRA, Qtest.
