Amazon Connect Automation Consultant, Quality Assurance

📋 Description

• Design and execute test plans for Amazon Connect flows (DTMF/ASR); verify WebRTC.
• Test CloudFormation stacks, Lambda, Lex bots, routing rules, outbound dialers.
• Validate omni-channel routing (voice/chat/SMS/email) and CCP.
• Test VUI and conversational flows for text bots (Web/Messenger/WhatsApp).
• Validate AI/NLU systems (Agentforce, Lex, DialogFlow) across channels.
• Validate API integrations via Postman for Connect, Salesforce, and WFM; test WebRTC/SIP.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years QA in contact center/test automation in cloud (Amazon Connect).
• Hands-on AWS: Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, IAM; strong automation.
• CI/CD experience: Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CodeDeploy.
• API testing with Postman; test WebRTC/SIP capabilities.
• Experience with AI/NLU platforms: Agentforce, Lex, DialogFlow; cross‑channel testing.
• Proficient in Jira, QTest/Qmetry; solid reporting and collaboration.
