📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain Amazon Connect contact flows, IVR solutions, and call-routing
• Configure routing profiles, queues, callbacks, emergency messaging, and dynamic business hours and
• Develop AWS Lambda functions and integrate Amazon Connect with DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, and other
• Build and maintain integrations with CRM platforms, third-party applications, APIs, and backend
• Implement conversational AI and chatbot solutions using Google Dialogflow CX or comparable
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving Amazon Connect, AWS services, integrations, and contact

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience designing and developing Amazon Connect contact flows.
• Strong experience integrating Amazon Connect with DynamoDB and AWS Lambda.
• In-depth knowledge of call-routing configurations, including routing profiles, queues, callbacks
• Practical experience developing AWS Lambda-based custom logic to enhance contact center operations.
• Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or Java, including API development and integration with AWS Lambda.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git, GitHub, or TFS.
