• Take finalized SEO/content assets generated in Helix and get them live on Amazon — titles, bullets
• Prepare and upload flat files to push Helix-generated content live, ensuring correct formatting and
• Troubleshoot content upload errors, listing suppressions, and related Seller Support cases tied to
• Confirm published content matches the approved Helix output exactly — correct field mapping, no
• Coordinate with the SEO/content team on Helix output, priorities, and turnaround times for uploads.
• Assist with broader Seller Central inquiries as they come up — not the core focus of the role.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience uploading and publishing content to Amazon Seller Central (listings, A+
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate Helix, ZonGuru’s intuitive listing engineering platform.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon flat file templates, content requirements, and compliance standards.
• Experience troubleshooting listing/content upload errors and resolving issues through Seller
• Broader Amazon Seller Central support experience (compliance, account health, catalog issues) — a
• Experience working in an Amazon agency or multi-client environment.
