📋 Description

• Amazon Backend Operations: support Seller Central daily ops and catalog maintenance.
• Listing & Catalog Issue Resolution: investigate and resolve listing, catalog, and flat file issues.
• Seller Support & Case Management: open, manage, and follow up on cases.
• Flat File Updates: prepare, update, and troubleshoot flat files for catalog changes.
• Account Health Monitoring: monitor health, listing status, backend alerts.
• Internal Coordination: communicate updates with internal teams via Slack, Teams, Gmail.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of Amazon Seller Central backend operations experience.
• Strong experience resolving listing, catalog, account health, and Seller Support issues.
• Hands-on experience with flat files, listing updates, troubleshooting, and case management.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and resolve issues with minimal direction.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience using Amazon Seller Central, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Gmail, and flat files.
