Ambassador Program Impact Manager

📋 Description

• Build and maintain respectful, meaningful relationships with program Ambassadors, understanding
• Support the development and execution of campaigns that connect films and storytelling with
• Identify and pitch opportunities to external organizations, advocacy partners, screening hosts
• Coordinate Ambassador participation in screenings, panels, trainings, workshops, conferences, and
• Work closely with internal teams to integrate Ambassadors into campaigns, partnerships
• Maintain project plans, timelines, calendars, trackers, and Asana workspaces; document decisions

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3–5 years of progressively responsible experience in criminal justice reform, advocacy
• Proven experience managing or supporting advocacy, social-impact, organizing, issue-based, or
• Strong ability to connect people, organizations, issues, campaigns, and opportunities; experience
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities, relationships
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to represent
• Demonstrated commitment to equity, accountability, co-creation, and centering the leadership of
