Americas Payroll Analyst Jr

📋 Description

• Payroll team supports end-to-end payroll process for local and global operations
• End-to-end payroll: pre-payroll inputs, payroll processing and calculations
• Post-payroll: accounting entries, monthly reconciliation, CFDI processing
• Assist with off-cycle payrolls (Aguinaldo, PTU) and special calculations
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries via established systems
• Support statutory and internal payroll regulations compliance

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in payroll or related roles
• Strong communication and organizational skills; experience with management is a plus
• Solid knowledge of Mexican payroll legislation (LFT, LISR, LSS)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• English: ability to hold conversations and attend meetings is preferred
• Experience with STRADA and/or Workday is an advantage
