AML/Compliance Analyst

📋 Description

• Conduct daily reviews of transaction monitoring alerts across fiat and cryptocurrency transactions
• Investigate complex customer accounts and blockchain transactions, trace digital asset movements
• Use blockchain analytics platforms such as Chainalysis, TRM Labs, and Elliptic to identify
• Support escalated Know Your Customer (KYC) and Know Your Business (KYB) reviews, Enhanced Due
• Collaborate with the Chief Compliance Officer and compliance engineering teams to improve
• Work cross-functionally with Customer Support, Engineering, and Product teams to integrate

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of professional experience in AML, transaction monitoring, or financial crime compliance
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, digital assets, cryptocurrency transactions, and the
• Solid knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and AML regulations, OFAC sanctions requirements, and
• Hands-on experience with blockchain analytics platforms such as Chainalysis, TRM Labs, or Elliptic
• Strong analytical and investigative skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
