AML Product Manager

📋 Description

• Lead the AI and analytics AML product roadmap and development.
• Define product requirements and prioritize initiatives from customer feedback.
• Drive end-to-end lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, design, and marketing.
• Engage with customers (banks/FIs) to gather feedback and present solutions.
• Travel as needed to meet customers and industry events.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in CS, engineering, or data science.
• 3+ years in AML products or financial crime solutions.
• 7+ years in product management (SaaS, ML, or analytics).
• Proven experience working with customers and presenting solutions.
• Strong AML domain knowledge and detection techniques.
• Experience with cross-functional teams in agile development.
