📋 Description

• Monitor and process the CDD queue, prioritising cases within SLAs.
• Clear backlog of Periodic Review cases to current standards.
• Conduct interim monitoring and review WC1 alerts.
• Perform ad hoc CDD reviews and remediation work.
• Assist with complex or high-risk investigations as needed.
• Document processes to support handover to permanent hires.
