📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and maintain AML monitoring policies
• Manage Transactions Monitoring team
• Ensure end-to-end AML processes comply with regulations
• Create and enhance transaction monitoring alerts
• Support audits and information requests on AML monitoring
• Analyze customer data to assess alert normalcy

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years AML monitoring and investigation in banking/finance
• Experience with CTR and STR reporting
• Familiar with AMLC ARRG guidelines
• Strong analytical skills with data presentation
• 3-5 years of people management required
• Supervisory experience is required
