Provide expertise in Workday HCM and Advanced Compensation.
Lead deployment teams: gather requirements, design, configure, prototype, and test.
Assist in data conversion to move legacy data into Workday.
Configure and test integrations between Workday and third-party systems.
Mentor consultants and share product knowledge.
Prepare status reports and communicate project health to managers.

🎯 Requirements

Workday Partner HCM Certification and/or Advanced Compensation Certification.
5+ years configuring and implementing various HCM solutions.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company.
Experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate, or similar apps.
Demonstrated project management experience.
Functional experience in HCM/Talent & Performance/Recruitment/Payroll.
