📋 Description

• Map and analyze customer journeys for acquisition/conversion opportunities.
• Create, execute, and automate CRM campaigns across channels (email, WhatsApp, push, web push).
• Manage and optimize CRM flows for efficiency and personalization.
• Monitor KPIs and CRM metrics to identify opportunities and improve results.
• Develop multichannel campaigns with brand alignment and marketing collaboration.
• Plan and execute A/B tests to boost performance and engagement.

🎯 Requirements

• Practical experience developing email and WhatsApp marketing strategies.
• Strong knowledge of CRM concepts, operations, and metrics for acquisition.
• Experience with audience segmentation and behavioral analysis.
• Translate analytical and strategic insights into operational improvements.
• Experience creating/managing CRM journeys, automated flows, and multichannel campaigns.
• Ability to organize and analyze campaign and journey data.
