• Support senior consultants in delivering Executive Compensation and Rewards consulting projects
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to generate strategic insights and support client
• Consolidate, clean, and analyze large datasets to produce meaningful reports, dashboards, and
• Prepare executive presentations, reports, and client-facing materials with clear and data-driven
• Conduct market research, compensation benchmarking, and industry analysis to support consulting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Human Resources
• 3–5 years of experience in Compensation, Executive Compensation, Rewards, or HR-related data
• Strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets and transforming data into
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and other data analysis or reporting tools.
• Interest in technology and AI applications within Human Resources and consulting environments.
• English or Spanish proficiency is considered a plus.
