• Manage, review, and maintain international hotel agreements, ensuring all contracts and commercial
• Analyze, organize, and securely maintain hotel agreements and related documentation for
• Administer and regularly update the master hotel rate database in Excel, incorporating rates, legal
• Ensure the accurate integration and updating of hotel rates and contractual information across
• Upload, manage, and update hotel rates in Sabre, ensuring information is consistent and available
• Use advanced Excel functions, including IF, VLOOKUP, and XLOOKUP, to validate, compare, and manage

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism Business Administration, Business Administration, Tourism Management
• Advanced English proficiency is essential for communicating and collaborating effectively with
• Advanced Excel skills, including practical experience with IF functions, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and
• Previous experience analyzing, organizing, and maintaining hotel agreements and contracts with
• Proven experience managing and updating master hotel rate spreadsheets, including hotel rates
• Knowledge of Sabre, particularly for uploading and updating hotel rates, is required.
