🎯 Requirements

• At least 1.5 years of professional experience in organizational climate, culture, employee
• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Human Resources, People Management, Psychology
• Practical experience developing and implementing organizational climate and culture initiatives.
• Experience designing or coordinating onboarding and new-hire integration programs.
• Experience planning and executing internal marketing and employee engagement activities, both
• Familiarity with people-management certifications and benchmarks, such as GPTW and FIA.
