📋 Description

• Act as first contact for IT incidents via calls and email.
• Monitor incidents affecting IT platforms and services.
• Escalate issues to second-level support when required.
• Collaborate with users and third-level technical teams.
• Develop automation scripts using Shell, PowerShell, and Python.
• Learn and implement SRE practices to optimize automation.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or technical qualification in IT, Computer Eng, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Knowledge of monitoring/observability tools: Zabbix, Grafana, Nagios, or SolarWinds.
• Basic understanding of cloud concepts: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with IT service management tools: ServiceNow, Jira, or GLPI.
• Introductory scripting using Shell Script, PowerShell, or Python.
• Ability to work remotely on a 6x1 schedule.
