📋 Description

  • Execute company incorporation, contractual amendments, and company closure processes with

🎯 Requirements

  • Ongoing bachelor's degree in Accounting, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional experience executing company incorporation, contractual amendment, and company closure
  • Experience communicating with and submitting processes to public authorities and regulatory bodies.
  • Intermediate knowledge of legislation and regulations applicable to corporate legalization
  • Experience preparing or analyzing corporate documents and agreements, including minutes, bylaws
  • Analytical experience with corporate legalization processes, including the ability to identify
