🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Information Systems, or CS.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with requirements gathering.
• Strong elicitation and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements.
• Experience creating/refining user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban).
• Experience with Azure DevOps for backlog mgmt and metrics.
