📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, and manage functional and business requirements.
• Translate financial products into business rules, data mappings, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with development, QA, Product Owners, and stakeholders.
• Perform data analysis using SQL and Excel to support decisions.
• Work within Agile/Scrum using Jira and Confluence.
• Leverage AI tools to improve documentation and analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years as BA/Functional Analyst/Product Owner or equivalent.
• Experience in Financial Services, Capital Markets, or post-trade ops.
• Strong understanding of financial instruments and lifecycles.
• Transform requirements into functional specs and data mappings.
• Experience creating functional docs, test scenarios, and UAT.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum.
