• Manage the complete lifecycle of dialer databases, from extracting information from the CRM to
• Configure and monitor campaigns, contact lists, dialing queues, and operational parameters
• Prepare and monitor operational reports and KPIs, including productivity, database utilization
• Analyze large volumes of data to identify operational bottlenecks, performance deviations, and
• Recommend and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and campaign
• Serve as the main point of contact between operational leadership and CRM development teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Engineering, Commercial
• Experience in operational and/or strategic planning.
• Familiarity with customer service, call center, telesales, or back-office operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented approach, with the ability to work effectively with
