📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection for ops, admin, tech, and leadership roles.
• Partner with managers to define role profiles and hiring strategies.
• Source candidates, screen resumes, and conduct competency-based interviews.
• Support leaders in hiring decisions while meeting timelines.
• Monitor recruitment indicators and drive improvements.
• Identify training needs and support development initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, HR or related fields.
• Solid experience as HR Generalist (recruitment, development, internal consulting).
• Experience managing recruitment for ops, admin, tech, and leadership roles.
• Knowledge of performance management, PDIs, climate, and learning & development.
• Experience with HR indicators and people analytics.
• Excel (intermediate/advanced) and HRIS tools such as Senior, LinkedIn, Sólides.
