📋 Description

• Receive and centralize lead lists from events, marketing campaigns, business partners, and account
• Review, clean, and standardize incoming data, identifying duplicate records and checking for
• Research and enrich company profiles using data platforms such as Cortex, validating information
• Qualify company records and classify accounts according to established commercial criteria and
• Identify the appropriate account manager (AM) and sales development representative (SDR) for each
• Import and distribute leads in Salesforce, ensuring that each record includes the correct owner

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in Sales Operations, commercial operations, CRM administration, or a related
• Practical knowledge of Salesforce, including data imports, campaign management, reporting, and bulk
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including organizing, cleaning
• Experience handling, matching, validating, and enriching databases to improve data accuracy and
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when managing large lists
• Ability to follow structured processes, manage deadlines, identify inconsistencies, and resolve
