🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales operations, sales, training, coaching, performance monitoring, or
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret performance
