📋 Description

• Lead and monitor monthly and annual financial closing processes
• Serve as a key point of contact for external audits, preparing and organizing required documents
• Support financial performance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and other controllership activities
• Analyze balance sheet and income statement accounts, identify discrepancies, and recommend
• Develop, review, and improve financial controls, spreadsheets, and procedures
• Ensure financial records and reports are complete, accurate, and properly documented

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
• Solid experience in financial controllership, accounting, or auditing with practical involvement in
• Strong understanding of account reconciliation and analysis of balance sheet and income statement
• Ability to interpret financial statements, investigate variances, and support corrective actions
• Familiarity with preparing documentation and supporting external audit procedures
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
