📋 Description

• Analyze legal cases and demands to identify matters with potential for labor mediation and amicable
• Contact parties, attorneys, and other stakeholders to initiate and conduct settlement discussions.
• Lead and follow up on negotiations with the objective of reaching mutually acceptable agreements.
• Prepare and present settlement proposals in accordance with established parameters and procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Law degree or holding a Law degree without an active OAB registration —
• Previous experience with litigation, particularly labor litigation, is desirable.
• Experience with legal routines, negotiation, mediation, or conciliation.
• Ability to analyze and interpret legal proceedings, publications, and court notifications.
• Experience interacting and negotiating with clients, attorneys, counterparties, or other
