• Validate and account for energy at operational boundaries with other electricity distribution
• Monitor and verify energy measurements to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability
• Investigate discrepancies or irregularities in measurements and support effective resolution
• Maintain attention to operational details and follow established procedures and quality standards
• Collaborate with relevant teams to clarify information, resolve issues, and maintain smooth

🎯 Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be currently enrolled in or have completed a higher education program and/or a related technical
• Previous customer service experience is required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work independently and responsibly in a fully remote environment
