📋 Description

• Monitor technology projects and governance activities, ensuring timelines, deliverables
• Track project status, indicators, dashboards, risks, dependencies, and outstanding actions
• Act as an interface between business areas, technology teams, developers, suppliers, and other
• Follow up proactively on pending activities, identifying blockers, coordinating actions, and
• Support project planning and execution using both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies, adapting
• Manage project and demand information through appropriate management tools, preferably ServiceNow

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience working with technology projects and/or IT governance, preferably in
• Experience monitoring projects, schedules, deliverables, KPIs, indicators, and status reporting.
• Knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies and an understanding of how to apply them
• Experience with project and demand management tools, with ServiceNow preferred.
• Knowledge of dashboards and performance indicators, with the ability to organize and communicate
• Familiarity with generative AI tools applied to productivity and professional workflows.
