PhD in electrical engineering, physics, applied physics, or related analog field.
Experience designing optical front-end receivers/transmitters (TIAs, drivers) in CMOS.
Proficiency with Cadence Virtuoso, Cadence Spectre, Verilog-A, IBIS-AMI.
Ability to collaborate across cross-disciplinary teams and communicate clearly.
Understanding of signal processing, equalization, and SI in optical communications.
Experience with silicon photonics devices (Mach-Zehnder, microring modulators).
