🎯 Requirements

PhD in electrical engineering, physics, applied physics, or related analog design.
Experience designing/testing optical front-end receivers/transmitters (TIAs, drivers) in CMOS.
Cadence Virtuoso/Spectre, Verilog-A, IBIS-AMI simulators.
Ability to collaborate in cross-disciplinary teams.
Excellent written and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills for non-obvious challenges.
