PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Applied Physics (analog design).
Experience with optical front-end receivers/transmitters (TIAs, drivers), CTLE, DFE, ADC/DAC in CMOS.
Cadence Virtuoso, Cadence Spectre, Verilog-A, IBIS-AMI simulators.
Ability to collaborate across cross-disciplinary teams.
Excellent written and communication skills.
