📋 Description

• Propose high-speed AMS circuit blocks for optical transceivers (50G+).
• Estimate performance, power, and area of analog devices in Passage.
• Collaborate with photonics team on high-bandwidth interconnect.
• Author, review, and validate architectural specifications.

🎯 Requirements

• PhD in electrical engineering, physics, or applied physics (analog design).
• Experience designing/testing optical front-end receivers/transmitters (TIAs, drivers) in CMOS.
• Cadence Virtuoso/Spectre, Verilog-A, IBIS-AMI simulators.
• Ability to collaborate in cross-disciplinary teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong problem-solving for non-obvious problems.
