📋 Description

• Process billing and credit note requests across all units.
• Reconcile and record all bank payments accurately.
• Respond to customer and unit queries timely.
• Handle internal and external audit requests with required docs.
• Generate AR reports such as Billing and Collections.

🎯 Requirements

• Accounting student in accredited program
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Strong written and verbal comms
• Proficiency with MS Office, esp. Excel
• Proactive, results-oriented
• Team player and collaborative
• Willingness to learn and positive attitude
