• Manage the REO property preservation process for reverse mortgages per procedures.
• Coordinate property inspections for safety hazards and maintenance.
• Secure vacant properties to prevent unauthorized access.
• Oversee property clean-out and debris removal.
• Manage lawn maintenance and landscaping to preserve curb appeal.
• Coordinate winterization services to protect properties in cold seasons.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in property preservation, REO management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of reverse mortgage foreclosure timelines and procedures.
• Excellent communication and coordination with vendors, contractors, and teams.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with focus on timely completion of tasks.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in PPW and Resnet applications.
