📋 Description

• Manage REO property preservation for reverse mortgages per procedures and laws.
• Coordinate timely property inspections to identify hazards or maintenance needs.
• Secure vacant properties to prevent unauthorized access and vandalism.
• Oversee property clean-out and debris removal.
• Manage lawn maintenance to maintain curb appeal and prevent code violations.
• Coordinate winterization to protect vacant properties in cold seasons.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years in property preservation, REO management, or related field.
• Strong understanding of reverse mortgage foreclosure timelines and procedures.
• Excellent communication and coordination with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with focus on timely completion of tasks.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in PPW and Resnet applications.
