📋 Description

• Work the domestic payments queue across ACH, checks, domestic wires and stablecoin, resolving cases
• Monitor ACH and wire returns, interpreting return codes and running the right procedure for each.
• Watch for trends before they become incidents and escalate with clear context and urgency.
• Work exceptions with external banking partners, bringing the right identifiers and evidence to

• 1+ year of experience in banking, fintech, payments, or operations (CX/Support, Operations, or

• Clear communicator and high-velocity collaborator under time pressure: responsive, decisive, and
