🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years in Account Management, Sales, or Business Development in SaaS, AdTech, investment banking, or consulting.
• Excellent client management skills with track record of retention and growth.
• Data-driven and detail oriented; strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Able to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to changing situations.
• Can-do attitude with willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Fluent in English and Russian; able to build arguments from data.
