Analyst, Business Intelligence & Operations

📋 Description

• Manage Power BI dashboards and BI solutions to track KPIs and trends.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate needs into dashboards and visuals.
• Monitor data accuracy, dashboard performance, and refresh schedules.
• Identify opportunities to improve decision-making via analytics.
• Own business platforms and strategic tools, incl. innovation platforms and VDRs.
• Gather requirements, coordinate vendors, and support platform adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business/CS/Data Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in BI, analytics, ops, strategy, or related analytical role.
• Experience with Power BI; familiarity with Tableau or Looker.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating into reporting/solutions.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders; strong analytical thinking.
