📋 Description

• Support models/frameworks linking business drivers to staffing decisions
• Translate complex data into clear insights for leadership
• Own day-to-day planning: dashboards, reporting, and reviews
• Leverage AI tools to build and maintain dashboards and analyses
• Identify opportunities to improve planning and operations
• Move quickly on ambiguous requests using modern tools

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in planning, forecasting, capacity/resource management
• SQL and Python skills
• AI fluency; comfortable using AI tools
• Strong business acumen and systems thinking
• Self-directed; turn data into decisions; strong communicator
• Exposure to workforce management is a plus
