Work with APAC sales to align on client goals, including pre-sales and post-sales support.
Onboard new clients to the platform; answer inquiries; host virtual onboarding training.
Provide training for platform products.
Troubleshoot and support clients with media monitoring requests.
Deliver reports and insights to meet client goals and deadlines.

🎯 Requirements

Passionate about sales support, customer support, and client experience.
1-5 years in customer support, sales ops, analytics, insights, or communications.
Skilled in stakeholder management with internal sales and external clients.
Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
Self-motivated and analytical; turns data into insights.
