📋 Description

• Process service requests, transactions, inquiries, and day-to-day operational activities accurately
• Support securities and corporate action entitlement processes, including reviewing, verifying
• Collect, organize, and analyze data to produce recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, insights
• Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies, operational issues, and exceptions in a timely
