Analyst, Customer Department

📋 Description

• Own the Customer Department budget, forecasts, and LRPs.
• Analyze department P&Ls and budget vs actuals.
• Link operational KPIs to financial outcomes.
• Deliver insights to Customer Leadership and executives.
• Build financial models, dashboards, recurring reports.
• Present forecasts and recommendations to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Ops Analytics, FP&A, or similar.
• Forecasting, budgeting, LRPs, and P&L analysis.
• Advanced Excel with large datasets and models.
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
• Cross-functional collaboration with leaders and Finance.
• SQL/Databricks and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI).
