Analyst, Customer Trust

📋 Description

• Act as security contact for GTM team and customers.
• Provide timely, accurate responses to security questionnaires and concerns.
• Use AI and internal tools to automate responses.
• Build scalable workflows to reduce manual overhead.
• Establish KPIs for Customer Trust and report on them.
• Manage the Trust Center and collaborate with Product Security, Legal, GTM.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Information Security, Customer Trust, Technical Program Management, or Security Consulting.
• Audit experience with complex frameworks and documenting controls.
• Excellent customer service and ability to explain complex topics.
• 1-2+ years using AI models or automation to drive efficiency.
• Strong analytical skills with dashboards and metrics.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to stay calm under pressure.
